Chairperson: Michelle Zettergren
Michelle has served on the St. Anthony School Board for two years, working on the Strategic Planning Committee. She is a lifelong Bristol resident where she currently resides with her husband, Jack, and daughter, Olivia (7th grade). Michelle is Sr. Vice President & Chief Sales and Marketing Officer for Connecticare in Farmington, CT. She is a graduate of the former St. Ann Grammar School of Bristol, and St. Paul Catholic High School of Bristol. She received her Bachelor's degree from Central Connecticut State University. She is a member of St. Anthony Church and also serves on the board for Special Olympics Connecticut. Michelle states, "St. Anthony School offers a private education that is academically challenging, coupled with a safe and happy environment for our children to learn and grow. Our St. Anthony family is truly special and I am proud to be a part of it."
Vice Chairman: Chris Duhaime
Chris is a product of 12 years of Catholic education. He attended the former St. Ann Grammar School and St. Paul Catholic High School in Bristol. Chris graduated Magna Cum Laude from the New England Institute of Funeral Service. Today, he is a funeral director with Funk Funeral Home, and has received professional designations of Certified Funeral Service Practitioner and Certified Pre-Planning Consultant. Chris has served on the St. Anthony School Board for three years, and is a member and Ambassador of Sight of the Bristol Lions Club. He resides in the Bristol area with his wife, Susan, sons, Joel (grade 5) and Nathan (grade 3), and baby daughter, Rachel.
Mr. Anthony Acampora
Mr. Acampora, a life-long resident of Bristol, is a retired teacher/principal from the Bristol Public Schools. He and his wife continue to reside in Bristol. He has been involved with the SAS School Board for 6 years due to his belief that today's youth need an excellent educational development that is bound together with a Catholic identity and value system. He is excited about the current advancement efforts at St. Anthony School that facilitate the continued development of a strong community of faith, one that will produce faith-filled individuals who will understand their responsibility to wisely use their excellent academic achievements to make the world a better place for everyone.
Mr. John Fasolo
John has been a St. Anthony school board member for the last four years and the board chair for 3 years. He is currently chair of the board's Advancement
committee. In addition, he is a trustee of the parish. John's three grown children and he are all graduates of the school. His children went on to earn degrees from area colleges and are employed out of state. After earning his college degree, John enjoyed a 40 year career as a Human Resources professional. He is now retired and devoting his time to St. Anthony Church and School, and the Bristol Boys and Girls Club, where he is Vice President of the Board of Directors.
