Mrs. Chodkowski has been teaching at St. Anthony School for six years. Her subject areas include: 6th through 8th grade Language Arts and Literature, and 6th grade Religion. Mrs. Chodkowski has privately tutored many students during her time at St. Anthony's, and she enjoys maintaining the school website. She is the Faculty Adviser for the St. Anthony School Chapter of the National Junior Honor Society.
A graduate of St. Mary Grammar School and Sacred Heart High School in Waterbury, she has been a lifelong student of Catholic education. Mrs. Chodkowski received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Fairfield University. She graduated Summa Cum Laude with her Master of Science degree in Education, Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Scranton. Her dad, Mr. Paul Szantyr, Sr., taught at Sacred Heart High School in Waterbury for 46 years. Mrs. Chodkowski attributes her love for St. Anthony School to the values her parents instilled in her from a young age, and the legacy of Catholic education within her family.
Mrs. Chodkowski loves to read, write, shop, do crafts, and sing. She and her husband, Matthew, currently reside in the Bristol area.
