Our Technology Coordinator and Instructor

Our Technology Coordinator and Instructor
Mr. Glenn came to St. Anthony School in 2003 from the Imagine Nation Children's Museum in Bristol, where he designed the museum's first technology lab. He taught day classes to children of all ages and also taught adult education in the evenings in technology. After doing some cross-marketing between the museum and St. Anthony School, he was offered to teach an after-school program at the school teaching graphic design and word processing. By 2005, he was helping us revive our computer lab, which at that time was located on the second floor of the old convent. Beginning in 2007, he assumed the position of Technology Coordinator. Glenn teaches technology classes to grades 4-8, and assumes the role of maintaining the school's computer systems.

Glenn received his college degree from Tunxis Community Technical College with an A.S. Degree in Marketing Management and Management Information Systems. In 1997, Glenn received the highest academic honor in his class of over 150 Marketing Management students. He received the Academic Achievement Award for outstanding academic grades and the class Valedictorian in 1997 in his Marketing Management class.

Glenn is married to his wonderful wife, Robin, and they live in Windsor. He spends his leisure time with his two passions, fly fishing and playing the electric guitar. Prior to coming to St. Anthony School, Glenn had a successful career as a Park & Forest Ranger for the State of Connecticut, Department of Environmental Protection for 20 years. He also teaches technology at St. Mary School in Simsbury. Please stop by the lab any Thursday to chat with him about your child's technology progress or to say hello.
